Dr. Carliza Marcos
“Coming from a family of dentists who enjoys serving people, I love volunteering and providing free dental treatments to those most in need in our community and internationally. I’ve had the privilege of serving on dental missions to Belize, Uganda, and the Philippines.”
Training Highlights
Dr. Carliza graduated from the University of the Pacific Dugoni School of Dentistry and has continued to refine her skills through advanced training with some of the world’s most renowned cosmetic dentistry educators and mentors. Her commitment to excellence and lifelong learning allows her to provide patients with exceptional, personalized care and beautiful, confident smiles.Dr. Carliza is also a respected Fellow of the International College of Dentists, the Pierre Fauchard Academy, and the American College of Dentists.
Dental Leadership
Dr. Carliza is a Past President of the California Dental Association, the largest state dental organization in the country with over 27,000 dentist members; Past President of the San Mateo County Dental Society; and Past President of Northern California Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. She has also served on the Board of various community groups and the CDA Political Action Committee (PAC) .
Home Life
She has been happily married to her husband for over 30 years. They have one human son, who lives in New York, and another “son” who happens to be an adorable Siberian Husky named Tardis. She is fluent in Tagalog, loves to travel, and has been doing barre workouts regularly for over 25 years.
Dr. Anthony Marcos
“I love to joke around and have fun with patients. And yes, I’m known for what some people call dad jokes. I really enjoy transforming people’s lives with smile makeovers that restore confidence. One of the things that I’m really proud of is that we have several patients who travel long distances to see us and allow us to continue to serve them. Those relationships are priceless.”
Professional Highlights
Dr. Anthony has served his patients for over 32 years and shaped countless smiles throughout the entire region and beyond, including on dental missions in the Philippines and Mexico. He has completed multiple advanced training courses in cosmetic and digital dentistry. He continues to enjoy learning about new materials and new techniques as the art and science of dentistry evolves.
Dental Leadership
With decades of expertise and experience in the field, Dr. Anthony teaches future dentists as a clinical instructor at the Arthur A. Dugoni, University of the Pacific, School of Dentistry in San Francisco, California. He also serves on the San Mateo County Dental Society leadership council board and has served as a delegate with the California Dental Association and the American Dental Association.
Home Life
He loves traveling and spending time with his wife. Together they have three kids and also a dog named Alaska.
